We have excellent customer service representatives available to help out by phone. We will answer the phone by warm and enthusiastic. And we promise to solve your problem within 48 hours.
2) We will keep promises if we make them.
As we all know, reliability is one of the keys to any good relationship, and good customer service is no exception. If we say, “Your rechargeable LED reading lamp will be delivered on Tuesday”, we must make sure it is delivered on Tuesday.
3) We will listen to our customers carefully.
We know that there nothing more exasperating than telling someone what you want or what your problem is and then discovering that that person hasn’t been paying attention and needs to have it explained again. As our professional customer service representatives, we will let our customer talk and show him that we are listening by making the appropriate responses, such as suggesting how to solve the problem.
4) We will train our staff to be always helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable.
